With permission, the mobile app may use camera, storage, and location access to support uploads, offline recording, and location-based organization of content.

We use information to create and manage accounts, support registrations and approvals, organize uploaded needs and documents, improve service performance, troubleshoot errors, and provide location-relevant functionality where applicable.
