These terms apply to use of the Gear For Need website, member portal, and related services. By using GFN, you agree to use the platform lawfully and for its intended charitable and support-management purposes.

Accounts And Roles

Users may register as donors, organizations, or fund managers. Account information must be accurate. Some platform capabilities may require email confirmation, profile completion, document review, and approval by administrators or fund managers.

Organizations

Organizations are responsible for submitting accurate profile details, documents, images, and needs. Published needs should reflect genuine support requirements and may be reviewed before donations or support activity proceeds.

Donors

Donors are responsible for reviewing available needs and making contributions through the approved member portal process. Donation availability, processing, and receipts may depend on the live member system and payment workflow.

Fund Managers

Fund managers help review applications, validate documents, approve or reject needs, and coordinate donation activity. They are expected to act responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with GFN's support mission.

Uploads And Conduct

Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content. GFN may restrict access, remove content, or reject applications that do not meet platform requirements.

Changes
